HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.
WHAT IS A GROUP BREAK?
A group break is a live-streamed event where a box or case of cards is opened on camera. You purchase a team spot (or random team) and receive all cards that belong to your team from the break. It's a fun, affordable way to chase hits without buying a full box yourself.
HOW DO I JOIN A BREAK?
Browse the Group Breaks section, select the break you want to join, pick your team (or random), and complete checkout. You'll receive a notification when the break goes live, and your cards ship out after.
WHAT IS A PERSONAL BOX?
A personal box is an entire box of cards just for you, opened live on stream. Every card from that box belongs to you. It's the closest thing to ripping a box at home, with the added excitement of live video.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed, our team can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to make a correction before it ships. There's no guarantee we can make it once it leaves our facility, but we'll do everything we can.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order processing times are between 5 to 10 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 2 to 3 business days, but processing times may extend if our team is backed up following a large break event.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our team processes and ships out all orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 5 to 10 business days, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.
WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1 to 2 business days apart.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Go to the Track Your Order link in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.
WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER OR IS DAMAGED?
